According to the Standards of Practice Handbook, Black most likely violated the Code and Standards associated with : 답은 Integreity of Capital Markets, but not Conflicts of Interest 입니다. 위의 지문에서 주인공이 시장조작을 시도했다는 사실은 명백한데, Conflicts of Interest의 Priority of Transaction과 관련하여 질문을 드리고 싶습니다. 강사님께서 수업 중 Priority of Transaction에서 가장 우선될 게 시장질서이며 그 다음으로 고객, 고용주, 나의 순서로 거래의 우선순위를 정해야 한다고 말씀하셨던 게 기억이 납니다. 아무리 생각해 봐도 위의 경우 주인공이 자기 이익을 우선하느라 시장질서를 해친 것 같은데, 혹시 아직 그와 관련된 어떤 거래를 실제로 체결한 것은 아니기 때문에 conflicts of Interest를 위반하지 않았다고 보는 건가요? |
