Based on best practices in corporate goveranance procedures, it is most appropriate for a company's compensation committee to : a. link compensation with long term objectives. b. include a retired executive from the firm. c. include a representative from the firm's external auditor. 답이 a라는 건 알겠는데, c는 왜 안 될까 싶어 해설을 보니 external auditors are not independent and should not be a part of the compensation committee라고 쓰여 있습니다. 외부 감독자라면 오히려 더 독립적일 거라고 생각되는데 왜 not independent이며, 또 보상 위원회에 포함되어서는 안 되는 건가요? |
