안녕하세요, 강사님. 문제를 풀다가 질문이 있어 여쭙습니다. Will Hunter, CFA, is a portfolio manager at NV Asset Managers. An investment banker asks Hunter to purchase shares in a new IPO to support the price long enough for insiders to liquidate their holdings. Hunter realizes that the price of the shares will almost certainly fall dramatically after his buting support ceases. C. violate the Standard concerning priority of transactions. 위의 지문은 주인공이 속한 회사와 거래하고 있는 회사의 내부자들이 주식을 모두 청산할 수 있을 때까지 가격이 하락하지 않도록 주인공으로 하여금 붙들고 있으라는 요청을 한 상황으로 보입니다. 저는 거래에 있어, 시장질서를 지키는 게 우선이지 회사 내부자들의 이익을 우선하면 안 된다는 생각에 답을 C로 골랐습니다. 답은 B인데, 이 경우 C는 전혀 해당사항이 없는 건가요?
