Dear Level III Candidate: As you await your Level III exam results, we want to ensure that if you pass the examination and meet the other requirements your CFA charter will be awarded without delay. We want to confirm the correct spelling of your name and give you the opportunity to have your charter presented at a Society CFA charter award/recognition ceremony. Your name will be printed as it appears in our database: XXX If you would like your name printed differently, please provide that information in the box below. (If your name contains accent marks or other symbols, you will need to fax your charter name indicating those accent marks/symbols to +1 (434) 951-5290. Please note that prefixes and other professional designations are not printed on the CFA charter.) Many CFA Institute societies host a CFA charter award/recognition ceremony between 15 October and 15 December. These ceremonies are a great opportunity to be recognized by your society and fellow charterholders, and CFA Institute encourages you to take part. If you would like your charter presented at a society event, find contact information for societies on the CFA Institute website and complete the box below. Charters not awarded at ceremonies will be mailed in late December to the charterholder's preferred address as it appears on their database record. Review and update your record online. Remember that application to a society is one requirement for earning the CFA charter. Requirements for the award of the CFA charter may be reviewed online.
