A가 왜 위반인지도 궁금합니다 ㅠ → 혹시 I(C) misrepresentation 강의 도중 plagiarism 강의 내용 기억나시는지요? 그때 특이한 예가 4가지가 있다고 말씀드리고, 1. definition of general concepts (p/e, p/b, ev/ebitda 등)의 경우 reference 필요. 2. factual data from recognized financial and statistical reporting services 의 경우 reference 불필요. 3. second-hand research 경우 author는 반드시 financial publication의 경우는 optional 하게. 4. 저자가 허락해준 경우라 하더라도, reference는 반드시. 이렇게 말씀 드렸어요. 해당 문제는 2번 예에 해당되어, B는 위반이 아니고요. 그렇다 하더라도, reference를 할 필요가 없다는 것이지.. record retention은 해 놓아야 하니까, A도 위반이고요. 감사합니다 김희상 드림 ----------------------------------------------------------- 문제에서는 위반이 아닌 것을 고르라 해서 C를 골랐는데 강사님께서 답변주신 내용에서 B Misrepresentation이 위반이 아니라고 하셨고 저도 강의에서 통계적인 내용을 끌어다 쓸땐 reference가 불필요 하다 생각해서 B의 misrepresentation은 위반한 것이 아니라 생각 했거든요 근데 답은 C라서 혼동이 되요ㅠ 혹시 record를 안해서 A B 모두 위반인 것인가요? |
